Job summary

AUTODOC, Europe’s leading online auto parts platform, seeks a Transportation Specialist to manage a high-performance logistics ecosystem, aligning external service providers with internal goals while ensuring regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and seamless collaboration across Warehouse, Sales, Finance, and other Supply Chain teams.

You will monitor market trends, own Last Mile and Carrier Return Cycle Time, analyze delivery data, and act as main POC for carriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equal experience in supply chain/logistics.
• Strong data-analysis and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Market Analysis: monitor market trends and derive strategic recommendations.
• Operational Ownership: own Last Mile and Carrier Return Cycle Time (TCT) and monitor cost-per-shipment.
• Data-Driven Insights: extract and analyze delivery data to create actionable reports.
• Carrier Management: act as main POC for carriers and logistics partners, managing daily execution.
• Compliance: ensure compliance with transport regulations across jurisdictions.
• Performance Monitoring: run Weekly Business Reviews with carriers to meet SLAs.
• Cost Control: verify invoices, track discrepancies, and ensure cost control.
• Procurement Support: execute local RFQs and rate negotiations for small contracts.
• Project Execution: coordinate and execute roadmap projects focusing on process improvements.
