Job summary

AUTODOC is looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving budget, people development, and operations objectives for inbound or outbound processes, driving engagement and Lean initiatives.

You will lead Area Managers, ensure safety, quality, and performance, collaborate cross‑functionally with Transport, Finance, IT, HR and Safety, and scale operations to handle growing B2B and B2C volumes around the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant operations experience.
• 7+ years of operations experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Proven leadership of teams and development of talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent Polish and business English proficiency.
• Direct experience in logistics or distribution centre environments.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of budgetary and KPI targets for IB or OB.
• Lead Area Managers and develop leadership bench strength.
• Ensure safety, quality and customer experience across all paths.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Collaborate with Transport, Finance, IT, HR and Safety.
• Support 24/7 operations with scalable processes.
