Job summary

Westwing is seeking a Senior Last Mile Manager Southern Europe to own regional delivery and returns operations, driving a premium customer experience. You will oversee carrier performance, rate architecture, and service quality while guiding one regional Coordinator and partnering with Customer Care.

The role requires field presence and data-driven improvements using AI agents to automate workflows. The position is permanent and based in Robakowo, Poland, with travel across the Southern Europe

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in last mile, transportation, or e-commerce logistics, with direct carrier relationships and tenders.
• Proven ability to manage multi-tier delivery networks and complex returns operations.
• Advanced analytics using SQL and BI tools; experience building AI agent workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and returns performance across the region.
• Lead carrier negotiations, rate cards, SLAs, and data-driven reviews.
• Spend ~1/3 time in the field for on-site audits and driver ride-alongs.
• Develop and deploy self-built AI agents and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to align KPIs and resolve issues.
• Lead and develop one Last Mile Coordinator, focusing on high-value tasks.
