Job summary

Westwing Group SE in Poland seeks a Senior Last Mile Manager Southern Europe to own regional delivery and returns operations, manage carriers, and drive AI-powered workflow automation. You will partner with Customer Care and lead one Last Mile Coordinator, while spending significant time in the field across our European network.

The role requires 5+ years in last mile/logistics, strong analytics skills (SQL/BI), and English fluency. This permanent position is based in Robakowo with travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in last mile, transportation, or e-commerce logistics, managing direct carrier relationships and P&L considerations.
• Deep knowledge of home delivery networks and complex returns operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and returns performance across the region to ensure premium customer experience.
• Lead carrier partnerships via tenders, rate cards, SLA enforcement, and data-driven reviews.
• Spend ~1/3 of time in the field conducting ride-alongs, depot audits, and root-cause analysis on-site.
• Develop and deploy AI agents, automated workflows, and SQL data models for tracking, auditing invoices, and alerts.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to establish VoC routines, shared KPIs, and unified ticket taxonomy.
• Lead and develop one Last Mile Coordinator, automating tasks and focusing on high-value exception management.
