The role requires 5+ years in last mile/logistics, advanced analytics with SQL/BI, and a proven ability to lead teams, collaborate with Customer Care, and drive innovations like PUDO and sustainable delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in last mile, transportation, or e-commerce logistics.
• Experience managing direct carrier relationships and commercial tenders.
• Advanced analytics using SQL and BI tools; building AI agent workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and returns performance across the region.
• Build and maintain carrier partnerships; lead tenders and negotiations.
• Spend ~33% of time in the field auditing hubs and inspecting depots.
• Develop and deploy AI agents, automated workflows, and SQL data models.
• Partner with Customer Care to align KPI rhythms and taxonomies.
• Lead and develop the Last Mile Coordinator by delegating routine tasks.
