Westwing Group AG is seeking a Senior Last Mile Manager Nordics based in Poland to own and optimize end-to-end delivery and returns for the Nordic region. The role encompasses carrier management, rate negotiations, SLA enforcement, and data-driven improvements in a hands-on, field-first capacity.

You will build AI-driven workflows, collaborate with Customer Care, and lead one Last Mile Coordinator while traveling regionally to audit hubs and delivery operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in last mile, transportation, or e-commerce logistics with direct carrier relationships and tenders.
• Deep knowledge of home delivery networks and complex returns.
• Strong analytics with SQL/BI; proven AI workflow building experience.
• Willingness to travel ~33% of time in the region; field experience is essential.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery and returns performance across the Nordics region.
• Lead carrier partnerships: tenders, rate cards, SLA enforcement, data-driven reviews.
• Spend time in the field conducting audits and driver ride-alongs.
• Develop and deploy AI agents, automated workflows, and SQL models for tracking and alerts.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to align KPIs and communication taxonomies.
• Lead and develop the Last Mile Coordinator to handle high-value exceptions.
• Drive network innovations including PUDO, white-glove delivery, and reverse logistics enhancements.
