Job summary

Data Reply in Katowice is seeking an experienced L3 Support Engineer to provide in-depth technical analysis on Data and AI Foundations components, design corrective fixes, and enhance robustness and performance of shared components.

You will support L1 teams during complex incidents, document technical issues and preventive actions, and contribute to stabilizing RUN. Hybrid work with monthly office visits is offered, and English/Polish communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong technical background in application or platform support.
• Solid development skills (Python or equivalent).
• Experience with APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
• Experience working in production environments.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure).
• Excellent communication in English and Polish will round off your profile.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support on Data and AI Foundations components.
• Perform deep technical analysis and root cause investigations.
• Design and implement corrective fixes on foundations components.
• Improve robustness, performance, and reliability of shared components.
• Support L1 teams during complex incident resolution.
• Document technical issues, fixes, and preventive actions.
• Contribute to the stabilization and continuous improvement of the RUN.
