Job summary

HireRight in Katowice is seeking a Support Engineer to diagnose, triage, and escalate incidents across cloud applications. You will engage with DevOps, IT Infrastructure, and customer stakeholders to restore service quickly.

You should have 4+ years supporting enterprise apps, a Bachelor’s/MIS, and fluent English. The role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and a hybrid schedule with 2 days per week from home.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS.
Advanced Technology Certifications.
4+ years working with or supporting Enterprise applications.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Enter new trouble tickets, elevate existing tickets, and keep users informed of status.
Document tickets to HireRight Technology Solutions Center standards.
Keep procedures and troubleshooting links and tools up to date.
Troubleshoot complex cloud application issues and coordinate resolutions with Development, DevOps, and IT Infrastructure.
Identify network, system, and service issues separately from software defects.
Communicate issues and resolutions to stakeholders across teams.
