Reality Games in Krakow's historic Railway Station building is seeking an energetic Office Manager to keep our Krakow office running smoothly.

As the backbone of day-to-day operations, you will manage admin processes, supplies, communication, and travel arrangements while supporting a growing team.

We offer a flexible setup with a choice of a B2B contract or Umowa zlecenie; salary: 8,000–10,000 PLN per month, with a friendly, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of office management experience.
• Excellent communication in English and Polish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic IT support.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and oversee administrative processes.
• Handle office supplies, snacks, and equipment.
• Manage incoming communication (mail, emails, phone calls).
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and business partners.
• Plan and organize travel arrangements for the team.
• Oversee office maintenance and cleanliness.
• Administer software licenses and provide basic IT support.
• Handle invoices, manage office cash, and maintain financial documentation.
• Organize company events to promote team bonding.
• Lead projects to improve office efficiency.
