Job summary

Reality Games in Kraków seeks an experienced Event Manager to transform our space into a vibrant hub for game dev enthusiasts, IT professionals, and creatives. You will plan, coordinate, and execute conferences, meetups, and corporate events from start to finish.

Strong organizational, budgeting, and English skills are essential. Expect rotating shifts from 2 PM to 9 PM during events. We offer a full‑time role with flexible contract options and a competitive 8,000–10,000 PLN salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in event coordination.
• Experience planning conferences, meetups and corporate events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English language skills, written and spoken.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts 2 PM–9 PM

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to finish.
• Oversee venue booking, catering, transport, and tech support.
• Arrange spaces, materials, and setup/teardown.
• Monitor budgets and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with departments and vendors.
• Maintain clean, organized event spaces post-event.
• Serve refreshments and assist guests during events.
