And now, we’re looking for a dynamic Office Manager to join our team and keep our Krakow office running smoothly!

Your Role as an Office Manager:

As the Office Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our day‑to‑day operations, ensuring that our office stays productive, efficient, and fun! This is an exciting opportunity to shape the work environment in a vibrant gaming company.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Keep the office buzzing by managing daily operations and overseeing administrative processes.
  • Be the go‑to for all things office supplies, snacks, and equipment.
  • Stay on top of all incoming communication – whether it’s mail, emails, or phone calls.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and business partners.
  • Plan and organize travel arrangements for the team, from hotels to transportation.
  • Take charge of office maintenance and cleanliness, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Administer software licenses and offer basic IT support.
  • Handle invoices, manage office cash, and keep financial documentation up to date.
  • Organize company events to promote team bonding and keep up the fun atmosphere.
  • Lead projects that improve office efficiency, making life easier for everyone!
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: You have at least 3 years of office management experience.
  • Multitasking Master: You thrive in organizing, juggling tasks, and keeping cool under pressure.
  • Tech‑Savvy: You’re proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic IT support.

Employment Options: We offer flexibility in the form of a B2B contract or a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) – whichever suits your needs best. Salary: 8,000 – 10,000 PLN.
