Job summary

Creatio in Poland is seeking an experienced Event Manager to organize the company's events worldwide. You will manage budgets for offline and online events, coordinate content, UX design, and promotional campaigns across internal teams.

You will search and coordinate vendors, venues, technology, and event services, and ensure CRM-based event management, audience analytics, and post-event reports. The role requires 3+ years in events and fluent English, with IT event experience considered a plus,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of events management experience, preferably on global markets.
• Knowledge of global event services market and management methods.
• Ability to negotiate favorable terms and find out-of-the-box solutions.
• Fluent written and spoken English; IT interest; IT event experience a plus.
