Job summary

Reality Games is seeking a Machine Learning Developer to join our Kraków team. This full-time, in-office role reports to the Head of Analytics and centers on building and deploying ML models to enhance our iconic gaming experiences.

You will design data pipelines, collaborate with data scientists and engineers, and leverage cloud-based ML services to deliver scalable solutions for large-scale game data.)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in designing and building machine learning systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python or a similar language.
• At least 1 year of experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
• Experience with cloud-based ML services, such as Amazon SageMaker or Google Cloud AI Platform.
• Very good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models to enhance game features and player experience.
• Implement and maintain data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing large-scale game data.
• Collaborate with data scientists, game designers, and engineers to integrate ML solutions into the game.
• Improve the performance and scalability of ML systems using cloud-based services.
• Monitor, test, and fine-tune machine learning models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Research and apply the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Work with Big Data technologies to process and analyze complex datasets.
• Ensure the security and compliance of data used in machine learning applications.
