Job summary

Sii Poland in Poznań is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Specialist (f/m/x) to join our healthcare and life sciences sales team. You will support international prospecting, prepare lists, materials, and presentations for trade shows, and build client relationships.

You should have at least 6 months of sales or customer-facing experience, strong English (B2/C1) and Polish, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Prior outsourcing/IT exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in sales, recruitment, or customer contact positions.
• Very good command of English at B2/C1 level, enabling work with international clients.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, goal-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Residence in Poland required.
