Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Associate Business Manager for our Łódź office. You will lead a small team of engineers, drive B2B sales, and build ongoing client relationships across industries from banking to Hi-Tech.

You will recruit IT engineers to support client needs, prepare compelling offers, and coordinate the full sales cycle, including contract negotiations and pre-sales activities. 3 days/week in the office is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Higher education degree, preferably in IT or Business.
• Experience collaborating with international companies.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Initiative, creativity, a can-do attitude, and goal orientation.
• Experience in sales prospecting and market analysis for sales strategy.
• Outstanding self-motivation and negotiation skills in English.
• Advanced level of Polish.
• Willingness to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

You will be part of a dynamic team of five ambitious professionals collaborating with local and international leaders in industries such as banking, retail, logistics, healthcare, and Hi-Tech. Your tasks
