Job summary

Sii Poland in Łódź leads development of back-end modules using C# with SQL Server, within a Microsoft technology stack. You’ll collaborate with business users and IT teams, contribute to Scrum activities, and ensure code quality with automated tests and documentation.

The role requires English and Polish proficiency, with a hybrid on-site schedule as you’ll visit the office at least every two weeks in Poland.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience creating and developing back-end modules in C# with MS SQL.

Responsibilities

• Leading project and implementation work in IT systems based on Microsoft technologies.
• Collaboration with business users and other IT teams, including DevOps, QA.
• Active participation in Scrum team activities.
• Ensuring high code quality by creating automated, unit, and E2E tests.

Job description

Join the team supporting processes in the area of retail banking at one of the largest banks in Poland. The team creates web-based systems and tools that assist in the daily work of ecosystem employees, automate processes, and serve as a source of integration for other banking systems.

Your tasks

• Leading project and implementation work in IT systems based on Microsoft technologies
• Collaboration with business users (in gathering and analyzing requirements for new solutions) and with other IT teams, including DevOps, QA
• Active participation in Scrum team activities
• Ensuring high code quality by creating automated, unit, and E2E tests
• Creating and updating technical documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in creating and developing back-end modules in C# with MS SQL
• Knowledge of .NET 4.8/6/8, Entity Framework, Web API
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins
• Experience in writing unit, automated, and E2E tests
• Good command of English
• Willingness to work from the office at least once every two weeks
• Very good command of Polish is required
