Sii Poland is seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist in Białystok to help users with daily technical issues and assist in IT environment administration. You will configure hardware, install software, and support inventory and device management.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma in computer science or 1-2 years of computer science studies.
• At least 6 months of experience in IT Support or Service Desk.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems and basic knowledge of Linux and macOS.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and user management issues.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Communicative knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level.
• Category B driving license.
• Fluent knowledge of Polish.
• Residence in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Providing remote and on-site technical support for employees.
• Logging, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to hardware and software.
• Configuring computers, peripheral devices, and company phones according to established standards.
• Installing, updating, and performing basic administration of software used in the organization.
• Assisting in managing user accounts and devices in a Microsoft environment.
• Overseeing the proper functioning of IT infrastructure in the office and reporting detected irregularities.
• Maintaining records of IT equipment and supporting inventory processes.
• Collaborating with IT teams on ongoing projects and initiatives to improve the user work environment.
