Job summary

IKEA Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań is seeking a Junior Specialist in People & Culture who can communicate in Dutch or English and has a basic HR admin background, with MS Office skills. You will join the Netherlands P&C team to support payroll and HR administration, handling colleague inquiries via email and phone.

During onboarding you’ll work with a Buddy and Deputies to learn IKEA’s culture and values, while contributing to day-to-day HR tasks and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dutch or English for daily communication.
• MS Office skills to process reports and data.
• P&C, payroll background or Dutch philology is appreciated but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Process HR and payroll tasks for the Netherlands team.
• Answer colleagues’ questions related to HR Administration and Payroll via email and phone.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, Buddy and Deputies during onboarding.
• Use Excel to extract reports and update records.
• Participate in team meetings and learn IKEA culture and values.
