Job summary

IKEA is hiring a Junior P&C Services Specialist with Dutch to support HR administration and payroll for co-workers in the Netherlands. You will work under the guidance of team leaders and buddies, resolving inquiries via email and phone while maintaining accurate records in HR systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dutch and English is required or appreciated.
• Background in P&C, payroll or Dutch philology is welcome but not mandatory.
• Willingness to improve MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process P&C and payroll-related inquiries from IKEA co-workers via email and phone.
• Interact with the national P&C unit to resolve issues in HR administration and payroll.
• Maintain accurate data in the HR systems and support onboarding and buddy processes.
• Handle routine tasks in Excel, generate reports, and assist with day-to-day operations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements.
