Job summary

SEEPEX is seeking an Inside Sales Junior Engineer for its European CoE to perform back-office and inside-sales tasks. You will quote, process orders, and support customers across the EMEA region from an office-based role.

You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Service, using configurators and pricing tools, and ensure accurate order processing in ERP/CRM systems. English and Polish are essential, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Completed technical education or nearing graduation in a technical field.
• First practical experience in technical customer support, sales, or application engineering.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is advantageous.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation, product specs, and configuration parameters.
• Experience in quotation preparation, pricing, or basic commercial processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and commercial support to customers across EMEA from an office-based setting.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and digital channels to support account management.
• Coordinate internally between Sales, Engineering, Customer Service, and HQ functions.
• Prepare, review, and track quotations for pumps, systems, and spare parts using configurators and pricing tools.
• Enter and validate customer orders with accuracy in ERP/CRM systems.
• Verify pricing, delivery terms, and required documents before order release.
• Collaborate with local office, Bottrop HQ, and field sales across EMEA; contribute to standardized CoE processes.
• Participate in internal/external training and development workshops at headquarters.
• Provide customer service for inquiries related to spare parts, service, and after-sales topics across EMEA.
