Job summary

ABB in Kraków is seeking a Junior Team Leader to oversee HR Operations across the Kraków and Bangalore hubs in a hybrid work model. You will lead a team of about 15 employees, manage workload distribution, SLAs, and ensure accurate processing of HR requests.

You will coach and develop your team, monitor customer satisfaction, drive improvements, and align with ABB’s values and local regulatory requirements.
