Job summary

ABB is seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support HR processes for employees in Belgium and the Netherlands. You will process HR transactions in SAP and Workday, assist with onboarding, and help maintain employee data in an international setting.

The role offers exposure to global HR systems and hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active student status is required.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (minimum B2).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process HR transactions in SAP and Workday.
• Support onboarding and employee data maintenance.
• Handle HR-related employee requests and maintain HR documentation.
• Support basic payroll-related activities and related admin tasks.
