Job summary

ABB in Kraków is seeking a Junior Team Leader to oversee HR Operations across the Kraków and Bangalore hubs in a hybrid work model. You will lead a team of about 15 employees, manage workload distribution, SLAs, and ensure accurate processing of HR requests.

You will coach and develop your team, monitor customer satisfaction, drive improvements, and align with ABB’s values and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in team performance management using data-driven insights.
• Stakeholder management skills enabling effective collaboration across different business areas.
• Understanding of project management methodologies to plan, coordinate, and support initiatives.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach to improve service quality.
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of ~15 employees across Kraków (80%) and Bangalore (20%).
• Oversee timely processing of HR requests, ensuring SLAs and data accuracy.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and drive service improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements and system changes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and align with business priorities.
• Coach team members through training and mentoring, fostering inclusive culture.
