Job summary

ABB Installation Products Inc. is seeking a Global HR Operations Continuous Improvement Manager in Kraków. The role focuses on leading cross-regional CI initiatives, standardizing processes, and driving operational excellence within HR services.

You will partner with HR Operations leaders worldwide, use data-driven problem solving, and coach teams to build CI capabilities. Hybrid work model with two days in the office is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services or GBS/SSC environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.

• Manage global HR Operations continuous improvement initiatives from concept to implementation with measurable outcomes.

This position reports to:

Global Continuous Improvement Manager

Join our Global HR Operations team and help support continuous improvement across our HR Services organization worldwide. This is a global role, partnering with HR Operations teams and leaders across countries and regions to improve processes, improve operational excellence, and deliver sustainable business impact.

We're looking for someone who combines deep HR Operations experience with continuous improvement experience, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

The work model for the role is: hybrid (2 days/week in office).

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Managing global HR Operations continuous improvement initiatives from concept development through implementation, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
• Partnering with HR Operations leaders across regions to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Implementing process standardization, simplification, automation, and operational excellence across HR Operations.
• Using data and structured problem-solving methods to identify issues, develop solutions, and deliver measurable results.
• Supporting the adoption of new tools, technologies, frameworks, and ways of working to improve operational efficiency.
• Building continuous improvement capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications for the role:

• You have at least 8 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or GBS/SSC environments.
• Experience leading continuous improvement, transformation, and process optimization initiatives.
• You possess well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• You demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences, professionally engage senior stakeholders, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• You have solid project management capabilities, with a structured, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven approach, enabling you to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• You are comfortable communicating fluently in English in a professional environment.
• As an advantage, you have experience applying Generative AI, intelligent automation, analytics, or AI-powered solutions within HR Operations, including identifying opportunities and translating them into practical business solutions.
• Additionally, practical experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow would be considered an asset.
