Job summary

Reporting to the HR Team Lead, you will coach a 15-person team, drive process improvements, and ensure adherence to global standards while aligning with local regulatory requirements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in team performance management using data-driven insights to improve team effectiveness.

• Good understanding of project management methodologies and ability to plan, coordinate, and support initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of ~15 employees across Kraków (80%) and Bangalore (20%) to ensure effective operational performance, including workload distribution and queue management.
• Oversee timely and accurate processing of HR requests, ensuring SLA compliance, data accuracy, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, analyze feedback, and implement service improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements, support system changes, workflow optimization, and standardization to boost productivity and service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders through regular communication and alignment with business needs and priorities.
• Develop and coach team members through training, feedback, and mentoring, promoting an inclusive and collaborative environment aligned with ABB values.
