HR Services Specialist ensures a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. In this role you will support the globally set of standards for HR Operations and ensure that the local legal and regulatory requirements are adhered to the respective business processes in a HR Operations Front Office / Hub.The work model for the role is: hybrid.This role is contributing to the HR Operational Services in Krakow.You will be mainly accountable for:Executing and delivering HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, Key Performance Indicators and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner showing end-to-end responsibilityComplying with and autonomously performs control tasks, including 4-eye-check / SOX checks, data protection and country legal / regulatory compliance tasksActing as point of contact for inquiries regarding HR related topics and delivers support across several Service LinesIdentifying deficiencies of existing business processes and proactively recommending enhancements and/or simplification based on day-to-day experienceEffectively resolving Root Cause Analysis on time and highlighting potential process gaps.
