Job summary

ABB in Kraków seeks a P2P specialist to handle vendor queries, process invoices globally, and ensure payments are issued on time. You’ll work with divisions and vendors to standardize processes and reduce backlogs while following global P2P policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow; Basware and ReadSoft are advantageous.
• Minimum 1 year of operational P2P experience; end-to-end P2P process including SAP and workflow tools.
• Strong communication in English; visa/work eligibility for Poland.

Responsibilities

• Resolve vendor queries using global tools (ServiceNow/SNOW).
• Process invoices on a global scale.
• Maintain regular contact with divisions and vendors; handle escalations.
• Ensure compliance with global P2P policies and invoice/payment terms.
• Support continuous improvement and automation with the Global Hub.

Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:P2P Junior Capability Lead__In this role, you will handle complex queries raised by third-party vendors, working closely with vendors and colleagues across divisions to resolve issues effectively and process sensitive and critical third-party vendor invoices.You will focus on improving and standardizing processes, reducing query complexity, and ensuring that invoice processing is managed by the Global Hub.
