Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman in Kraków is seeking a Junior Client Service Representative to join our Custody Account Opening Hub Team. You will manage custody account opening requests, validate due diligence docs, and provide client access to the Infuse portal, collaborating with internal teams and external clients to ensure satisfaction.

This role requires strong English, a BA/BS or equivalent, solid prioritization, communication and relationship-building skills, plus MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong English skills (C1)
• BA/BS degree, and/or equivalent work experience
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and resolve issues
• Good communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools

Responsibilities

• Process custody account opening requests in cooperation with team members and client service groups
• Validate and upload client due diligence documentation for account opening
• Provide client users’ access to the Infuse portal
• Maintain high service quality in line with BBH policies and procedures to minimize risk and meet client needs
• Keep desktop procedures and internal trackers up to date and share knowledge within the team
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and projects
