Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman in Kraków is seeking an experienced Client Operations professional to manage client inquiries related to accounts and day-to-day operations. You will ensure accuracy and timely task completion while acting as the main escalation point for client service teams.

The role requires 4+ years in finance/custody with strong Excel skills, English proficiency, and the ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in finance, custody or similar fields,
• English language proficiency B2+/ C1
• Prior experience in coordinating work, writing procedures, training others;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Strong client focus;
• Self-motivated, capable of monitoring and completing a variety of projects simultaneously;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and with strict deadlines;
• Risk awareness, including data protection.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Excel

Responsibilities

• Independently resolve and oversee the Clients’ inquiries related to account management.
• Day to day management of operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all client related tasks.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for Clients, Account Managers, Client Service Group, for any issues and proactively manage the resolution process with frequent updates and satisfaction measures.
• Review and discuss issues requiring escalation to Team Leader/Manager.
• Prepare clients’ and internal KPIs.
• Proper identification of potential problems with account management and payment settlements
• Carrying out any updates on the account set up
• Dealing with account life cycle inquiries
• Ensure clear communication among team with respect to all timetables and workflow;
• Assist in special projects to improve the efficiency, quality and accuracy of work performed by the team.
