Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) Kraków is recruiting a Lead Specialist for the Account Opening team. You will gather/analyze information, prepare documentation for opening and maintaining accounts with transfer agents, and liaise with funds, agents and vendors throughout the process.

The role demands 1+ years of experience, strong English, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience; investment funds knowledge/custody ops advantage
• Strong English skills (C1)
• Research, analysis and problem resolution skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Organizational skills and detail orientation
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Team collaboration and adaptability
• Proficiency with MS Office tools

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in your team; analyze fund documents and use information to prepare accounts opening paperwork and reports
• Review documents prepared by colleagues for accuracy
• Ensure daily tasks are completed with high quality and on time
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
• Identify and escalate high‑exposure cases appropriately
• Communicate professionally with internal/external parties via email/phone
• Use and operate all tools and technologies relevant to the role
• Provide training and assist in developing new team members
• Seek opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risk
• Assist in creating/updating procedures as needed
