Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman in Krakow is seeking a Senior Client Service Representative to manage client access to the Infuse platform and handle custody account opening. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to maintain service quality in a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days flexible for parents).

The role requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience (2+ years), English at C1, strong prioritization, and solid MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform client calls to verify Infuse access requests.
• Maintain desktop procedures and internal trackers; share knowledge.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining client access to BBH platform Infuse and for custody account opening process.
