Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman in Kraków is seeking a Transfer Agency Supervisor to lead AML/KYC due diligence for shareholder accounts and new openings. The role demands accuracy, high client satisfaction, and the ability to manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment.

You will validate investor documentation, work to tight SLAs, and collaborate across BBH offices. Fluency in English (minimum B2/C1) and 5+ years in related fields are required.

Qualifications

• BA/MS degree in finance, economics, business, law, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Transfer Agency, AML/KYC, investor services or fund administration.
• Understanding AML/KYC requirements, investor documentation standards, and operational risk controls.
• Ability to manage a broad portfolio of clients and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2/C1) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and validating investor documentation against internal procedures and AML/KYC requirements.
• Operating within SLAs while prioritizing and working under time pressure.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
• Reviewing sources for client due diligence (e.g. Stock Exchange).
• Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures with evidence.
• Performing data updates with quality, audit trails and controls.
• Staying updated on industry initiatives and training.
• Cooperating with BBH offices to resolve complex cases and support service delivery.
