Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a Lead Specialist to join our Account Opening team in Kraków. You will gather and analyze information, prepare documentation for opening and maintaining accounts with transfer agencies, and update internal systems while communicating with funds, transfer agents, and vendors.

The role requires at least 1 year of work experience, strong English skills (C1), and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience.
• Investment Funds knowledge and/or custody operations understanding is an advantage.
• Strong English skills (C1).
• Research, analysis, and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills.
• Organizational skills and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze information; prepare documentation for opening and maintaining accounts with transfer agencies.
• Update internal systems; communicate with funds, transfer agents, vendors.
• Provide updates to the client throughout the account opening process.
• Prepare different kinds of reports.
• Prioritize tasks and work under time pressure.
