Job summary

DLA Piper Warsaw is seeking a Junior Business Development Specialist to support the BD team with pitches, market intelligence and process improvement. The role focuses on data-driven insights, technology enablement and effective BD workflows to drive efficiencies across the office.

You will gather information from lawyers and internal systems, assist in campaigns and events, and help maintain high standards of data in CRM and reporting.

Qualifications

• University degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience preferred in BD, research, or client service.
• Excellent command of Polish and English; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pitches, proposals, and client-facing BD materials.
• Analyse information to support BD initiatives and reporting.
• Coordinate submissions for directories and rankings.
• Support events, campaigns and client engagement activities.
• Ensure data quality in CRM and reporting systems.
