Job summary

iSoftStone, Inc. in Warsaw seeks an IT Technician for a fixed-term, on-site role with day/night shifts. You will support warehouse and office users, manage printers and scanners, and administer Windows devices while leveraging Intune and network gear.

Ideal candidates have IT support experience, Windows admin skills, scripting ability, and a valid category B license, in a dynamic logistics context.

Qualifications

• Experience as IT Technician, Helpdesk, or Technical Support.
• Windows system administration knowledge.
• Hands-on with thermal printers and PDA scanners.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune (MDM).
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking and device configuration.
• Ability to write PowerShell or Bash scripts.
• Ability to work independently with good organizational skills.
• Valid Category B driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support to warehouse and office employees.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot thermal printers.
• Set up, configure, and support PDA scanners.
• Manage devices and policies using Microsoft Intune.
• Administer and support Windows systems, including installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Configure and maintain local network infrastructure, including routers and switches.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and IT asset inventory records.
