Job summary

Nijhuis Industries Central Europe is seeking an ICT Support Technician to provide day-to-day IT support for employees and ensure a smooth IT environment. You will handle hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 tasks, with a focus on security and documentation.

The role requires a IT-related diploma, 2+ years in IT support, fluent Polish and strong English, and familiarity with Windows/M365. Travel up to 10% for on-site support may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or vocational degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT support or similar role experience.
• Fluent Polish – mandatory.
• Advanced English.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Basic knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure.
• Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and connectivity.
• Experience with ticketing/ITSM systems and endpoint management tools is an advantage.
• Proactive, service-oriented and security-conscious approach.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for users, including hardware, software, email, peripherals and mobile devices.
• Diagnose and resolve day-to-day technical issues and escalate more complex cases when necessary.
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and application permissions.
• Handle and track support requests through the ticketing system.
• Support basic IT security and endpoint management activities.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 and other company IT tools.
• Maintain basic IT documentation and contribute to improvements in support processes.
