Job summary

Promise Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist end-users in Warsaw with Windows 10/11 and macOS, Office 365, and device management. You will diagnose issues, support mobile devices, and help maintain printers and hardware while contributing to documentation and security policy development.

Qualifications

• Experience with user account administration in AD/Entra.
• Office 365 user account administration experience.
• Basic LAN/WAN knowledge including 802.1X.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and Apple ecosystem.
• Strong communication with non-technical users.
• Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Windows 10/11 and macOS systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot MS Office, Teams, and other software.
• Support Android and iOS devices and perform basic hardware repairs.
• Manage printers, diagnostics, and device troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with teams on IT projects and document processes.
