Job summary

GFT Technologies Poland is seeking an Associate IT Support Specialist to provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to employees in Kraków. You will help install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripherals, while troubleshooting issues and delivering remote support to global users.

You will work with corporate systems and endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Entra ID and Intune, contributing to onboarding, training, and high‑quality IT services.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or helpdesk environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Excellent written and spoken English; great communication.
• Able to work well in a team and handle high‑pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support for end users on hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers and business applications.
• Diagnose and resolve basic IT issues in a timely manner.
• Deliver remote support to global users.
• Manage corporate systems like Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, antivirus, and MDM tools.
• Maintain IT equipment per standards and procedures.
• Assist onboarding and setup for new employees.
• Train users on effective use of hardware and software.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure high‑quality support.
