Job summary

E-Solutions is seeking an IT Support Engineer/End User Support with 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, desktop, hardware and on-site support. The role focuses on hands-on technical support and fast issue resolution for end users.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Polish and English, able to communicate effectively with customers, and comfortable working with O365, VPN, LAN/WAN basics, and ticketing tools to manage incidents and service requests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, desktop, hardware and on-site support.
• Fluent Polish & English – Mandatory
• Experience with O365, Outlook, Teams and standard application support
• Basic LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN & RDP
• Networking hardware & Smart Hands support
• Conference room/AV and basic VoIP troubleshooting
• MDM, VDI and SCCM/LANDesk knowledge
• Incident & Service Request management and SLA handling
• ServiceNow, Remedy or similar ticketing tools
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
