Job summary

Infosys Poland is seeking an EUC support specialist to assist end users with applications and operating systems. You will diagnose issues, resolve incidents within SLAs, and collaborate with IT teams.

The role requires Polish and English language proficiency and good knowledge of Microsoft products. Employment is on a full-time basis with opportunities for growth and internal trainings.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused end-user support roles or Help Desk style positions.
• Proficiency in Polish and English for client communications.
• Experience handling EUC devices, software, OS installations, and related support.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and support for applications and operating systems for end users.
• Collect diagnostic information, analyze problems, and resolve EUC issues.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and problems affecting EUC devices and software.
• Monitor performance and address related issues.
• Provide user training and practical advice to improve usage.
• Update or create documentation and suggest system enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party providers.
