Job summary

EG in Warsaw is seeking a Service Desk Support Consultant to provide end-user support through phone, email, and self-service channels, troubleshoot issues, and route incidents in ServiceNow. You will assist on-site in Poland and coordinate with Nordic offices to keep operations smooth.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Polish, has solid IT knowledge, and is familiar with ServiceNow, Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, Jamf, Windows, and macOS.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish with strong customer service orientation.
• Solid IT domain knowledge and familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Experience with delivering customer support using the listed tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide End User support via phone, email, and Self-Service channels.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and restore services quickly.
• Dispatch tasks in ServiceNow to correct assignment groups.
• Assist on-site in Poland and support Nordic offices as needed.
• Order and deploy IT equipment globally for EG employees.
• Resolve daily IT tasks with Danish and Indian colleagues.
• Create and maintain user-facing knowledge articles.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• User account management.
