Job summary

Qualifications

• Polish & English language proficiency essential for client communication.
• Experience in a customer-focused end-user support role is valuable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft product offerings and competitiveness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and support for applications and OS to users.
• Gather diagnostic information, analyze problems, and resolve EUC issues.
• Investigate incidents and problems, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Monitor performance and address related issues.
• Provide training and guidance to users as needed.
• Update or create documentation and propose enhancements.
• Collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and third-party support.
