Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join the IT Operations team at our distribution center.

You will report to the IT Manager and work with local and remote teams to provide high-quality IT support and ensure infrastructure stability. The role requires 2 years of hands-on IT support experience, strong Windows and Linux knowledge, and solid troubleshooting skills. Qualificações

• 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, operations, or infrastructure support roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, network devices)
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
• Experience supporting users in a high-availability, operational environment
• Ability to troubleshoot incidents independently and elevate appropriately
• Basic level of English
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Polish

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support via ticketing system to ensure IT equipment and infrastructure run at optimal performance
• Install, maintain, and support IT equipment
• Collaborate with local and regional IT engineers and teams on projects and process improvements
• Manage and track IT equipment
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment management
• Communicate technical issues and Amazon standards with vendors or external parties
• Maximize availability of IT equipment and infrastructure through proactive maintenance
• Provide on-site technical support for projects and initiatives
• Test end-user devices
• Support other IT engineers and global IT teams as needed
