Job summary

Frontiers Media is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to empower ~30 employees with reliable technology and responsive IT support at our Warsaw office. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, deploy IT equipment, and proactively resolve challenges impacting daily operations.

The role blends hands-on tech with strong customer service to maintain a smooth technology environment. You will contribute to productivity and workplace efficiency by maintaining inventory, supporting events,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of desktop support experience.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT or CS preferred.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues autonomously.
• Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Provide on-site and remote IT support and end-user training.
• Support AV in meeting rooms and events.
• Use Jira Service Management to manage tickets and meet SLA.
• Onboard new starters and deliver IT inductions.
