Job summary

NCR Voyix, Warsaw, seeks an IT Support Engineer to deliver high‑quality user support across the EMEA region, covering end‑user computing, collaboration tooling, and workplace technology. You will troubleshoot Windows, MS 365, Azure AD, and device management, providing onsite and remote assistance to a diverse user base.

You’ll work with global IT teams to resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, manage access, and help drive continuous improvement in IT services and security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of IT Support/Desk/End User Computing experience.
• Certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA A+/Network+ are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Deliver on-site and remote support for the Warsaw office and global users.
• Manage ID/access tasks and MFA in Azure AD.
• Handle incidents and requests via ServiceNow with SLA adherence.
• Assist with device lifecycle: Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management.
• Contribute to security/compliance and knowledge base improvements.
