Job summary

H-Tech Supports is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk specialist to provide desktop support in a fast-paced client environment. You will handle Windows 10/11 administration, troubleshoot issues, and support Microsoft 365 apps across endpoints.

The role requires familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, device provisioning, and basic networking. You will collaborate with the team, maintain asset records, and deliver reliable, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of desktop support experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office).
Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID; user account administration.
Experience with hardware break-fix and device provisioning.
Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
Experience supporting printers, mobile devices, conferencing equipment, and network infrastructure.
Asset management and inventory tracking knowledge.
Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Punctual and fast learner; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
