Job summary
Vertiv in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver 1st- and 2nd-level IT support across Eastern Europe, ensuring reliable IT infrastructure and services in line with global standards.
You will administer IT systems, configure hardware and software, train users, manage Active Directory, and participate in global IT initiatives. The role reports to the regional IT Manager. Experience with Windows client/server OS, networking, and IT security is essential.
Qualifications
- Proficient in installing and supporting Windows client and server OS.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
- Experience with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- English language ability for daily operations and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely IT support for Vertiv employees across regions.
- Troubleshoot and prevent IT incidents; manage incidents via ticketing system.
- Administer Active Directory objects and file server permissions.
- Install, configure and maintain hardware and software; deploy updates.
- Collaborate with global IT teams on projects and security/compliance tasks.
