Job summary

VF Corporation in Warsaw, Poland seeks an IT Support Specialist to enable VF employees to use technology efficiently across Poland and selected European countries. You will provide advanced 1st and 2nd line support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure excellent customer service to VF associates in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires IT/tech education, 3 years in IT, strong English, and proficiency with LAN/WAN, Microsoft 365, and Mac OS/iOS. Travel to Łódź may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced 1st and 2nd line technical support and troubleshooting.
• Document, track, and monitor problems using applicable systems and tools.
• Install and support company hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, phones, tablets) and software.
• Face-to-face engagement with VF associates and remote support.
• Assist users with training when introducing new offerings.
• Manage assets of corporate devices and stockroom.
