Job summary

Manago AI, a Kraków-based customer engagement platform, seeks an IT support specialist to handle 1st and 2nd line support for internal users across hardware, software, and networks. You will install, configure, and maintain laptops, workstations, and mobile devices, and manage accounts in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• A degree in computer science or a related field is preferable.
• Extensive knowledge of information technologies and systems.
• Ability to coordinate at multiple levels and provide great customer service.
• Taking ownership of all IT-related issues.
• Good English communication ability, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support (1st and 2nd line) for internal users.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware (laptops, workstations, mobile devices) and software.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues.
• Manage user accounts and permissions (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Assist with network administration tasks (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls).
• Monitor IT systems and respond to incidents.
• Ensure data security and integrity (backups, updates, security policies).
• Maintain and update technical documentation and procedures.
• Educate users on IT security and best practices.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers (procurement, warranties, SLA management).
• Support development of self-service tools (IT chatbots, knowledge bases).
• Use AI tools to accelerate ticket resolution, analyze logs and incidents, auto-classify requests.
• Participate in IT process optimization and automation initiatives.
