Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in IT Helpdesk / 1st Line Support.
Troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
Good knowledge of Windows, SharePoint, printers, and mobile devices.
Communicative level of English.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
Excellent communication skills and approachable attitude.
Proactive, service-oriented mindset and ability to take ownership of issues.
Interest in AI and new technologies.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, network connectivity and workplace-related issues.
Supporting local IT infrastructure, Wi-Fi, meeting rooms and workplace equipment.
Handling more complex incidents and coordinating escalations with central IT.
Maintaining technical documentation and improving local IT processes.
Sharing knowledge and supporting the development of the Junior IT Specialist.
